One of our most popular packages is back by popular demand!

Spend a few experience-filled days in Szeged, right next to the Szeged Zoo. Our Zoo Package has been created for couples and families alike, so comfortable relaxation, shared programs, and discovering the city can all become part of your getaway.

The package includes one-time entry to the Szeged Zoo for every guest included in the reservation, so your stay comes with a memorable Szeged experience as well. Due to its previous popularity, the offer is now available for an extended period, on selected dates until August 26, 2026.

Check-in and check-out information

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, check-in is available exclusively via self check-in
Check-out: between 7:00-10:00 AM, until 12:00 PM depending on availability
Early arrival is available upon prior arrangement with reception, for an additional fee with our Couple’s package, and subject to hotel occupancy

Booking guarantee

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or SZÉP Card issued in the name of the guest included in the reservation.

Reservations are considered valid only after a successful card transaction or once the deposit has arrived by the specified deadline.

Modification and cancellation policy

Bookings are non-modifiable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded by the hotel.
