Check-in and check-out information
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, check-in is available exclusively via self check-in
- Check-out: between 7:00-10:00 AM, until 12:00 PM depending on availability
- Early arrival is available upon prior arrangement with reception, subject to hotel occupancy

Booking guarantee
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or SZÉP Card issued in the name of the guest included in the reservation.
Reservations are considered valid only after a successful card transaction or once the deposit has arrived by the specified deadline.
Modification and cancellation policy
Bookings are non-modifiable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded by the hotel.
