Booking Guarantee
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or SZÉP Card (issued in the guest's name). Reservations are considered valid only upon a successful card transaction or the arrival of the deposit by the specified deadline.
Modification and Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are non-modifiable and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded by the hotel.
