Booking guarantee

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card, bank transfer, or SZÉP Card issued in the name of the guest included in the booking. The reservation is considered valid only after a successful card transaction or once the deposit has been received by the specified deadline.

Modification and cancellation policy

Reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
